These photographs, on display at Iron Workers Local 377 Hall, 570 Barneveld Avenue, San Francisco, from 9 February 2001 , attempt to capture working iron workers in the course of their labor. They document the actual work performed by iron workers. They endeavor to illustrate and honor that labor.

The photos were taken in San Francisco in 2000 and early 2001 and show structural work on the Four Seasons Hotel and Towers on Market Street, re bar construction at Second and Brannan Streets and the erection and use of a derrick crane at 55 2nd Street.

All the prints are all silver gelatin and have been toned in selenium for archival purposes. The images will last as long as the paper if matted in acid free materials.

All prints are for sale. Special reduced prices for iron workers. Prices for larger prints and matting and framing costs are available upon request.
